How to handle inner noise can be your popular mantra during the current lockdown due to #COVID-19. 

Are we really busy?

Recently, I was going through various articles and found this article very interesting. I prepared a gist of it based upon my little understanding of what I pursued.

Yes, it’s true there is nothing called inner noise. It is just because we were very busy. We call it busy, but most of the time we are preoccupied with some or other things.

Present Karma is very Important

What we ate yesterday or when we were young is still working in our body, In terms of energy and strength. 

Similarly, we may still be benefiting from what we did yesterday, ten years ago or a lifetime ago. 

You might have observed this. And happened with many people in the world at their different stages in life.

Actually, they enjoy the result of the past Karma. They think everything is fantastic and going great. All of a sudden it hits them from outside and some time inside too. 

It can be our own economic situation, our surrounding, psychological structure or body in such a way. It is very difficult to believe why this is happening to me.

That means, we are living on old food that is our past Karma. Hence it is very important, we should cook fresh food everyday. This is why present Karma is very important.

Is there really any inner noise?

In reality there is no inner noise. All that noise is in our head.This is because we are chewing old cud. Means either thinking about the past or thinking about the future based on the past.

When we are doing some activity, we will forget some of the things that are happening in our head. When your hands are free, then our mind will go on.. Can we able to stop it?

Do not try to stop it because we cannot stop it. Then what is the solution?

Distancing yourself from the mind 

The only solution is, distance yourself from the mind. How it is possible to distance yourself from the mind. This looks like a million dollar question!! Isn’t it ?

One solution is to approach and follow some spiritual Guru, they will teach you some of the powerful yet simple processes as part of Yoga practice.

Another way to distancing yourself from the mind 

If you do not know or do not want to go for the things as I mentioned above, just do this simple thing.

Just see that in this universe we neither know the beginning or the end. In the whole universe, our solar system is a tiny speck. In that tiny speck, planet Earth is a micro-speck.

I am a tiny little creature on that micro-speck. But I sit here on this little mud ball of the planet and think that I am the center of the universe! Is this not a stupid idea?

Just look at your thoughts in the context of the larger cosmos. 

You think that you are a very important person to your family or society. In terms of life, in terms of existence, you really are nothing. 

Socially you may be something. That does not mean anything as a life

This microscopic virus can just knock you off tomorrow. Nobody, even comes near to you to see you. Whatever great, smart we may have does not mean a thing. 

If you understand this, naturally a distance will arise between you and your thought process.

Once there is a distance between you and your thought process, it does not matter what you are thinking at all.
