The present moment is sometimes unacceptable, unpleasant, or awful. It is as it is.
Observe how the mind labels it and how this labelling process happens. We always keep judging every situation, this continuous sitting in judgement, creates pain and unhappiness. Come out of judgemental attitude.
By watching the mechanics of the mind, you step out of its resistance patterns, and you can then allow the present moment to be.
Be present as observer of your thoughts, emotions and also observer how you react yourself in various situations. You should become less interested in your reactions to the person or situation that causes you to react.
Intense presence is needed in certain situations of life, such as when self-image threatened, a challenge comes into your life that triggers a fear.
Accept – then act. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen to it. Always work it, not against it. Make it your friend and ally, not your enemy.
This will give you a taste of the state of inner freedom from external conditions. Then see what happens, and take action if necessary or possible. This may transform your whole life miraculously.
